Meet
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I have 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and assessment for individuals with a wide range of referring questions and issues. My philosophy as a clinician is that change requires work one small step at a time, and I am happy to be an active guide in this process of change.
My approach is active and goal-focused, and I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual or couple that I meet.
I specialize in assessments for ages 7- the elderly including psychological, psychoeducational, neuropsychological, and bariatric referrals. I also specialize in the treatment of adults and couples with adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, mood disorders, co-occurring ADHD, and conjunctive therapy for individuals with stable recovery programs in addiction.
If you are in a place where you are committed to the process of change and need a guiding hand, I would look forward to working with you. One day or day one? This is a choice many of us have to make every day. One small step at a time, your goals will be within reach.

Testing sessions are then scheduled in 3-4 hour blocks in-person. The feedback session is conducted approximately one month following the testing session and can be virtual or in-person.
The report will be provided at that time with relevant diagnoses and recommendations based on the findings.
